- For whom is the Quality Textiles webshop intended?
Quality Textiles focuses on the business market and our webshop is therefore not intended for sales to consumers. If you have a question about sales to consumers, please contact us by calling T +31 (0)412 643685 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- I don't have any login details. How do I get these?
When you register yourself at our webshop, we will process your request as soon as possible. One of our agents will contact you for some further questions about your business. After we have received the OK from our agent, you will receive your login details for our webshop.
Simplicity and excellent service come first at Quality Textiles, which is why we have designed our website to make it as easy as possible for you. The comprehensive filter options and well organized site ensure that you can quickly find what you are looking for. An item can be ordered in 10 metre units and from 50 metres you can opt for a roll. In your order summary you then add the necessary personal details to your order step by step. Your order is placed with just a few clicks!
- I can’t seem to find an article or place an order, what do I do?
If you happen to be stuck in our webshop, please contact us during business hours by calling T +31 (0)412 643685 or mail us at email@example.com. We will be more than happy to assist you.
- What payment options are available?
Payments are handled by invoice, which you will receive around the time your order will be delivered. Please note: Because the delivery of your order is subject to deviations in metres and availability, we ask our customers to pay after they have received a definitive invoice. Your order overview is therefore not your definitive invoice.
- When can I expect to receive my order?
When your order is on stock, we strive to ship your order worldwide within 24 hours (excluding weekends). We combine this speed with superior internal quality control - and an exceptional service level. Our customers know that we are always at their service. Based on agreements that you can count on.
- I have a question about my order or delivery. How do I contact you?

- Can I place an order with you online only?
Quality Textiles has been a household name in the international world of fabrics for many years and many of our customers regularly visit us to place orders or purchase items. Our showrooms in Oss and Germany are open from Monday to Friday between 08:00h and 17:00h. Our office in Prato, Italy is open from Monday to Friday between 09:00h and 13:00h, and 15:00h and 19:00h, and our office in Badalona, Spain is open from Monday to Thursday between 09:00h and 18:00h, and on Fridays between 09:00h and 15:00h. You are very welcome!
If you are unable to visit our showrooms or are located abroad, then you can always place your order by telephone during office hours. You can also view our collection through our extensive network of agents. Please contact us for more information.
